"Sneaker" a footy

 The Footy class has just been recently added as an official A.M.Y.A. recognized development class.
here's the Footy page. I really like footies not just because they're cute but also they present a unique set of design and engineering challenges like how to fit all those little servos in such a little hull, and also dealing with the same scale wind that the bigger boats deal with. The neat thing about them too is you can carry them in a shoe-box wherever you want to go. They work great in your swimming pool too. I kind of patterned this one after the J-boat Endeavor with its tiny little stern.

the keel bulb is a #8 oz. fishing sinker

Just tape the planks together and add glue

full scale plans available, in the spirit of help thy fellow model yachtsman,  
which include shapes of flattened plank, sides, bottom, frames, stem, and transom.
